the sonic salon is an offering that arose from Kaz and I’s love for music and desire to weave opportunities for people to bask into the delight of listening to musical coups de coeur on a good soundsystem.
yearning to emulate Ayisyen living rooms where music often plays as the mundane and the exceptional unfold, the sonic salon is a free gathering in which people are invited to bring a vinyl record of their choice to play. the goal? discovering new music and/or being reacquainted to forgotten sonic offerings, together.
